The Power of You
One of the many great things about The Next Smile Charity is that we do not use any middlemen. This means that we are in charge of how all the funds are spent. We can therefore make sure every single euro is invested in a child's future. We guarantee that 100% of the donated funds are used to benefit the children in need.
The Next Smile is there for children in need across the world. We aim to put a stop to child labour. Currently there are 152 million child labourers working around the world. They work because they have no other option due to their parent’s lack of funds for an education, the aftereffects of civil wars or because there are no teachers or schools in the area in which they live. Child labour is a human rights issue and has a detrimental effect on welfare, education and humanity.
We believe that every child has the right to be a child. In most third world countries getting an education is considered to be a luxury. Our charity wants to give the children living under these conditions an opportunity to go to school.
With your help we can make this happen!

The goal is to end child labour by 2030
The International Labour Organisation (ILO) is a specialised agency of the United Nations. Its mandate is to advance social justice and promote decent work by setting international labour standards. The target 8.7 of the 2030 sustainable development goals include that we should work together to eliminate child labour by 2025. We contribute to fulfilling this goal by offering children a free education with three meals a day. This ensures that more children do not have to work. We believe that lack of education is one of the main problems in third world countries.
Child labour steals the youth of children and their right to an education. It is damaging for their mental and physical health. Child labour is a very complex problem. The main reasons as to why child labour exists are poverty, lack of knowledge, lack of education, (civil)wars and countries not living up to national and international laws.
