Marketing Manager

Your role

We’re in business to help children by freeing them from child labour and to give them opportunities to a better life. You will be head of marketing and report directly to the director of the charity. You work closely together in a small team (3-4 person) where you are in charge of the social media accounts. This is an extremely important job, about 25% of our donations come from social media marketing. It is your mission to increase this number by sharing real-life stories from our field operators.

Your mission as a Social Media Specialist at The Next Smile is to accelerate our presence in social media in order to increase brand awareness and generate leads from donators. We need your Social Media marketing skills to reach people who also want to make a difference, by supporting The Next Smile. You will be one of our go-to-person when it comes to Social Media expertise and we are eager to get inspired by you.

About the job

Planning, producing, and publishing content on our social media channels.
Developing our social media community management .
4-5 hour work week on voluntary basis (own hours, 1 hour a day when it suits you).
Work remotely
Continuously follow up, analyse and evaluate results based on set KPIs.
You will work in a small team of 3-4 persons
Your general focus will be on strategy, proposition development, growth hacking, project management.
You communicate directly with project managers, sometimes directly with the directors.
You will test and scale new marketing channels.
You will work within the team to create, test and optimise online growth.
You will develop your skills while working on company projects, and increase your knowledge regarding the charities growth.

You are

You have 1+ years of experience in digital marketing communications
Fluent in English
Solid social media knowledge and experience
You are a passionate marketing/communications guru
Self-motivated
Able to develop content (we provide pictures and videos)
Creative
Proactive
You are disciplined since you work remotely
Not afraid of deadlines

You want to make a true difference. You do this work for the children, not for money.
